It was an amazing stay, house was conveniently located to all the places we visited including downtown Colorado and Golden. Our family had a great time and the house is decorated so cute, we loved it! We will be back!! Thanks, Kevin!!

First off the house was as shown in the pictures and description, new build clean. But it is surrounded by the construction of the other units so the parking is little to none. The garage is made for a compact car.you can fit one car in front of the garage and by the house if the contractor isn’t parked there and they will show up in the morning and block you in so you have to find some one to move the trucks and deal with that the whole time. The host was responsive to the situation, but they would move vehicle and then just move one right back in.also a/c unit didn’t work house has a lot of west facing windows and no blinds so it gets hot in the afternoon and no blinds in the upper bathroom so the guys on the scaffolding working on the house beside the unit can look right in the bathroom. Neighborhood isn’t a bad streets really busy for pulling in and out of the unit.
