The Space:
Your comfortable and entertaining Colorado escape awaits! Step into our bright main level featuring an inviting open seating area and a modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (including a new stove!) and a stocked coffee bar. Relax in the cozy living room by the fireplace, enjoying scenic views and access to the deck with a grill.
Capture fun vacation moments in our dedicated "Instagram corner." Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: two king-sized and two queen-sized beds, plus two convenient fold-out beds.
Head downstairs for more entertainment in our awesome basement! Challenge each other to foosball in the second living area, complete with a TV and a handy kitchenette.
Enjoy our private backyard retreat with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, a seasonal pool, and stunning mountain views. The pool is available for use from June through September.
For your convenience, we offer three full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and HD Roku TVs in every bedroom and both living areas.
Sleeping arrangements include: a main-level master suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony; a main-level queen guest room; and two basement bedrooms with a king and a queen bed.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee.

Great for a group trip with friends or a big family. Lots of beds and couches so it was no problem with our group of 10. Nice neighborhood as well. Great having the grill, hot tub, pool, and fire pit outside. They for sure have everything you need to have a good time!

Great house with great space!! Plenty of room for our crew! Pool, hot tub, corn hole & foosball!! Our hostess was a great communicator and we were well taken care of!! Wheat Ridge community is an awesome area! Close to Golden where all of our activities for the wedding were. We even took in a concert at Red Rocks-it’s close too! A great stay!

Lovely stay. Convenient to everything; Little Nick's pizza is phenomenal. Fantastic weed (nothing to do with the VRBO, just an observation). Couldn't recommend more highly.

This place was the most perfect place for us to gather for a family event. We had very comfortable beds, lots of amenities, the hot tub was great, the back table on the deck was so nice, and lots of personal touches that made us feel very at home. Thank you!
