    This was an excellent place to stay for all the right reasons but very unique for the staff service specially Rebecca, she is an amazing person, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Jerusalem, not only she told me where everything was but on a couple occasions she even showed me, so yes thanks to Rebecca I had a wonderful time in Jerusalem

    Just had an amazing 3 day stay at the Jeru caps hotel. The services were amazing, the staff and hosts were so friendly, capsule pods had everything you need and more, the beds were also very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel 100%. When I return to Jerusalem I will come back here.

    It seems like they're making an effort, but the place has zero charm and there are none of the comfortable or fun touches you'll find in other capsule hotels around the world. The best thing about this little "hotel" is the location, which is SUPER convenient to the old city and the main tourist areas, shopping, dining, etc. Steps from the light rail train. Towel, sheets, and the bed itself were clean. Bathroom was mostly clean except one time when the toilet was sprayed (facilities are open to men and women). Now for the minuses. The capsule was clean and quiet but felt stuffy; there is some individual ventilation but it was weak. The main light in my capsule disconnected because it was taped together and after that I had only one little lamp. Worse, there was a weird chemical smell in the room and a patch of mud in one corner (took a picture but can't upload for some reason). Shower rooms have no shelf or anywhere to put your belongings while you shower except a few hooks. Also, there are only two bathroom stalls and two shower stalls - I left early but imagine that in the morning it would get very busy. Finally, the price isn't that great. In most places, you pay a lot less for a capsule hotel and in return get a basic but comfy place to stay. But here I paid only $10-20 less than the lowest hotel room and got a LOT less. It's a cut above a dorm room because you have privacy in your little capsule. Bottom line: Unless location is your most important criterion, I'd suggest paying a little more and getting a room of your own. Or else pay less and find a good hostel with a little more atmosphere.
