    ישנו לילה אחד במלון. המיקום מצוין ונוח מאוד, קרוב להכול. הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, וארוחת הבוקר טובה ומספקת. החדרים קטנים וברמה בסיסית, אבל נקיים ועונים על הצורך ללינה קצרה. חשוב לציין שהאזור כרגע רועש יחסית בגלל עבודות בנייה במבנים סמוכים. בסך הכול תמורה טובה לכסף, במיוחד למי שמחפש מיקום מרכזי ולינה פשוטה ללילה-שניים.

    Construction from the time I checked in at noon-5p, then next morning at 0700! I complained frontdesk 0730 and he offered to move me at 3p but at that point I was like maybe no need since I’ll be checking out the following day. I asked about breakfast to make up for the inconvenience but he said there still will be a charge (wow great customer service their). Also, I had a friend I hadn’t seen in awhile visit and they wouldn’t allow him into the property/hotel room. They said it was a policy of theirs and I was floored by it because I have traveled all my life and this was a first (no friends or family allowed to visit room, only registered guest). I even asked to double check this “policy” since according to its policy on google/grok they are allowed. The “security staff” just standing there and seemed more like a power trip. If this hotel is an overall “low budget” hotel I got what I paid for. Won’t be returning to this property.

    We will return and stay here again. Everyone was wonderful especially John at the breakfast. My only complaint is that pricing increased significantly in last two years. Paid several hundred more US dollars for lower room than before.

    Ibis hotel is very modern and in an good location by the seaport. I would not however recommend this location to a tourist. This is a business hotel. The staff is great but the rooms are TINY. I have never ever any travels stayed anywhere in a room this size. The bathroom opening was so close to the bed that it only opens if you are standing at the head of the bed. I am tall and 130 lbs. If the guest is larger in statue FORGET IT! For the price of this hotel I felt very cheated. Breakfast was very good. Honestly, if the room was a normal size I would be more positive but this was truly ridiculous. For one person or two people. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless a business sends and pays.
