Everything, the room was quiet, the curtain for the bed excluded light, the bed was comfortable with adequate covers and sheets, the usb port, light and electric socket worked, and I got a lower bunk when I requested it. The kitchen was clean and the tea was great.

Cleaning staff did wonderful job!! Enjoyed four person room.
No light in bed. No shelf in bed. No electrical outlet in bed.

Good location. Staff reasonably friendly.
The place has potential but everything feels a bit run down and needs maintenance. Quite a few things broken and out of order, which made it a bit inconvenient. Aircon in the dorm rooms is way too cold (16°C) and you can't adjust it.
