About this bed and breakfast
A stand-alone unit offering quiet and garden surroundings next to a pool. The unit is situated to the side of our home facing the Jerusalem Forest. It is a 25-square meter, or 270 square foot studio unit with a queen-size bed, accomodating two people. Ten minutes by car and you are in the center of Jerusalem or the Old City, and 40 minutes to Tel Aviv. The airport is 25 minutes away. It is a rural setting with many birds, a general store, a post office, and a synagogue. There is a renowned cafe/restaurant in the village center - a five-minute walk away. The same proprietors have an Asian restaurant, Naya, which is a 10-minute easy drive away. Both kosher and very good. An ideal location for a couple to return to after a day's tour to the sites around Israel.
On checking in ALL guests must sign a swimming pool waiver that we are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries.
Guests who are Israeli must pay an additional 18% VAT (Ma'am) to the amount Vrbo pays to me. This is according to Israeli tax law. Foreigners are not subject to VAT charges, so if you are registered in Vrbo as not Israeli, then I will not charge the additional 18%.
We will greatly appreciate if guests throw away their garbage. There are two large bins on the street in front of the house. Many advance thanks. If guests book Friday night to depart of Saturday then you are welcome to extend the check-out time till Shabbat ends. Adults only please.

We'll start with the location. Which is devine and synergized by saying it's nestled in a moshav... Community that it's not urbanized it's very close to Jerusalem but not"in it" I like how Him the homeowner put it; BEVERLY HILLS feel. You'll definitely feel that as you relax by the beautiful poolside... Our take a walkabout.
A car would probably work best here or your calling a taxi.
The studio is set up just like a hotel but with heartfelt surprises of very thoughtful welcoming gifts.
We love dogs soOOoOO if your lucky one of the 3 will come by for a pet and play.
The king bed was wonderful on the back. The bathroom was perfect with nice big towels too. Good storage. Great kitchen with all the necessities to sip & nibble.
Jim and Rina are beautiful host one would be blessed to connect with.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient accomodation. Excellent location, close to Jerusalem with beautiful environs for walks. The host was extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised. Had a wonderful stay.
