The property is good, Beautiful and spacious.

The washing machine wasn’t working but everything else was perfect.

excellent central location, vibrant surroundings next to everything I need like the gym and the mall, felt safe with 24 hrs with security guards. Warm welcoming, well-furnished facilities.

There are a few maintainance issues which should have been resolved before my arrival, e.g toilet seat missing, loose handle door. I do appreciate that the host responded well by fixing this but was nonnethess an incovenience to me as I have to revise my schedule to accomodate the repairs. Because of the nmantaince issues, the lak of the inventroty list meant I did not know what else was missinging from the property, e.g no can opener, 4 butter knifes but only 3 forks an 3 spoons, was unsure what was supposed to be there; I also chose not to bother the host with this as it felt stressful to deal with these during my holiday. The host was otherwise very kind, communicated well and felt approachable.

We didn’t have to drive the car anywhere, everything was in walking distance including Gateway mall. The security guards were nice and helpful.

Check in was very quick and easy. The place was clean and felt like home. It had an air fryer which really assisted us to made dinner. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helped us when we were checking out.

We couldn't use the basin in the bathroom because there was a leak which made things like washing our hands and brushing our teeth very uncomfortable. Secondly, we had a problem with hot water, ended up showering with cold water. Lastly the kitchen sink didn't have a stopper, washing the dishes and pots we used was a challenge.
