The location was great, felt very safe. The mall was just around the corner and a coffee spot across the road. The place is a 10 out of 10.
The lack of communication in terms of check in instructions.

The place is nice.
Horrible admin I was practically begging for the invoice and when I was given the invoice it was incorrect and they refused to fix it. I spent nearly the whole month trying to contact them as I needed a correct invoice for expense claim at work. Very unprofessional.
