My daughter got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins so they need to upgrade the elevator ..

Well positioned and easy access. Conveniently situated near facilities and shops. Nice underground parking. Venue felt safe.

Key collection and access was not up to standard. Happy to collect the keys from reception or security but, in this case, the security staff seemed totally unaware of anything. Finding the keys and access tag took far longer than ideal - probably half an hour or so. This involved several phone calls and trying to communicate with a security guard who unable to understand a thing, all while the rest of my family sat waiting in the car. It isn't nice struggling to gain access after a long journey! Although centrally located, the downside is the noise. Lots of cars racing up and down the main road so that can be unpleasant, particularly during morning and afternoon rush-hour. Padel courts right across the road which is great if you play Padel, as we do!

Not enough cooling for the rooms no enmities at all towels needs to be replaced was looking tired duvet covers had stains on them in the main bedroom. Getting keys to the apartment was difficult with the security that was not aware.
