Location, decore of the apartment, washer + dryer(❤️). Staff was good too…..prompt answering. Many thanks to the owner for his kindness , who let us keep our luggage before check in, as the cleaning guy was doing cleaning we put our luggage on the side and left.

As the building was very old and roof of the entrance is leaking, there’s some kind of very uncomfortable smell throughout in the place……which was absorbed by our clothes too. It was like the bad smell coming out from dark humid dungeon. If the roof get repaired, the smell might gone. And also no heating in the bedrooms, only in the living room. There should have portable heaters in the bedrooms especially in this kind of cold weather. And the second bedroom’s window needs some drapes or covering.

Great location for the price we got it for and last minute. Good kitchen, good bedroom and bathroom sizes.

There are humidity issues, there was mold everywhere (Especially in the dining room / living room) and it smelled like humidity when we got in. The window in the room facing the indoor backyard had no curtains so the inside of the bedroom could probably be seen from the other neighbors. The dishwasher smelled bad, it had a lot of limescale in the inside and it had no salt. All the doors had issues, the main door had the main lock and one on top which you twist to quick-lock the door from the inside but it required a lot of strength to rotate. The door of the half bathroom was coming off and it was fully transparent, the shower sliding door in the smaller bedroom was also coming off and the shower door was missing in the bigger bedroom. The locks of the bathrooms and the bigger rooms would get stuck if locked and it was a struggle to open them.
