Localização! Super perto das principais estações de metrô de Roma, facilitava o retorno em qualquer horário
Nada a ver com o apartamento, mas o prédio é bem antigo (natural em Roma), então o elevador exige um esforço para ser usado por conta das portas

Before I start this review I want to give a special mention to staff member Irene for going absolutely out of her way to return my partner's favourite t-shirt that he forgot when we left. She drove all the way to the airport which was like a 40 min drive. If I could leave a separate review for staff I'd leave her an 11/10. What a wonderful lady. Onto the actual review -location definitely carried the value of the property. Big grocery store 5 mins from apartment. Restaurants right underneath. Gift shops right near apartment as well. Roma termini station 5 minute walk. Colosseum/ other must-see monuments all within 20-30 min walk with plenty of public transport too. -living room/kitchen is a lovely and spacious room. I liked the decor/wall colour it felt very historic and on theme with the vibe of the city. -bedroom was good, we found the bed really comfy, loads of blankets available with comfy thick pillows. -air conditioning saved my life (pretty much literally as I got heat exhaustion twice during the week long trip. If you're going during summer, PACK ACCORDINGLY), as well as a lovely big ice pack in the freezer which was amazing at cooling me down. The air con was beautiful. -lots of space to put clothes + a heater to dry clothes on if they get wet. -TV was good, had Netflix/Amazon prime/ YouTube on it so if you have accounts for those you can use them. -kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Counter space for cooking is definitely fine for one, bit of a struggle for two at the same time making or doing different things. -spacious dining table -hair dryer available -super handy dryer for dishes inside cupboard above sink -had access to a mop and a broom
-As this is a historic building, the plumbing is definitely a bit ancient, and due to this there was a sewage smell that would come and go throughout the day. There was a time where the water struggled to pump through the pipes into the sink as well. -the sink and the light in the bathroom by the mirror were loose/wobbly. -shower was difficult/near impossible to adjust the height or direction of. If you're very tall this causes quite a struggle (partner is 6'4/ 193cm), not that bothersome for shorter people (I am 5'4/ 164cm). -the bed was very loud, as it was a spring mattress, so any time you moved it creaked a lot. -couch wasn't the comfiest to sit on if you're on it for extended periods of time (eg watching a film). We did not use it as a bed so can't comment on the comfort of it as a bed (as I know it can be made into one) -big wardrobe in the bedroom was locked, not sure if that's just us being silly and not able to open it though -bottom right hob on the stove didn't work -this didn't really matter to us, but I know for some it is important so I thought I'd mention; our apartment didn't have a view, all you could see was other peoples windows. -not the fault of the apartment providers but still something to consider is that the building as a whole tends to have some rather unpleasant smells, especially in the lift. Due to the heatwave (we stayed in June 2026) the smell felt musty and intense. -lift is very small, just about big enough for two people with average sized suitcases. -front door is giant and heavy. Did not cause us issues but may be a problem for some.

Nice decor, decent location and we felt safe the entire stay.
There was a very unpleasant sewer smell that would come and go.
