Todo bastante nuevo, la ubicación. Tiene muchas cosas de menaje para cocinar
El timbre para entrar la primera vez no funcionaba y tuvimos que estar media hora esperando en la puerta del portal hasta que alguien entró (era la 01:00 y en el teléfono no nos atendieron). De la taza del baño se salía agua, siempre había un charquito alrededor.

Appartement très propre et bien organisé. Décoration soignée. Logement bien équipé (notamment la cuisine). Nous avons apprécié la clim car il faisait presque 40° dehors !!! Accessible à pied en 3-4 mn de la gare centrale de train Termini. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
Appartement naturellement un peu sombre, mais bien éclairé. Pas de vue depuis l'appartement.

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Znakomita lokalizacja 500 m od dworca Terminii. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone: TV, pralka, zmywarka, naczynia, lodówka.
Pierwsze otwarcie drzwi - kod QR i appka - nie chciało to działać, ale inni goście akurat wchodzili i otwarli bramę. potem było O.K. - normalne klucze odbierane ze skrzyneczki z kodem. Niestety nie widać tego na zdjęciach, ale okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec oraz na zupełnie ciemną "studnię". Natomiast na parę dni nie ma to znaczenia - wychodziliśmy rano i wracaliśmy wieczorem spać.

La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la avenida donde se pueden coger autobuses que te llevan a los principales lugares turísticos. El piso está muy muy limpio y perfectamente climatizado. Tiene todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Los anfitriones son geniales, nos solucionaron super rápido un pequeño contratiempo que tuvimos a la llegada. Muy agradecidos!!!!
