דירה נחמדה מאוד, נקייה פשוטה ונעימה, במיקום שקט אבל אסטרטגי, קרוב להכל ומהרחוב נשקף נוף מדברי. המטבח מאובזר היטב , הדירה מתאימה מאוד למשפחה, .ישנה מרפסת מקסימה בכניסה, אך מאחר והגענו בשעת החשכה לא הזדמן לנו להנות ממנה. בעלת הנכס היתה זמינה וקשובה לכל פנייה או בקשה. על הבוקר קידמו את פנינו יעלים, שהם דיירי המקום לכל דבר. לסיכום, בהחלט Value for money,
סהכ, אין טענות. 3 המלצות להתיחסות: 1. כדאי לשים לב שישנו דוד לחימום המים וזה מצריך זמן המתנה עד שהמים מתחממים בשנית לאחר שימוש. 2. מקלט פרטי לכל צרה שלא תבוא שזה יתרון בימים טרופים אלה, הייתי ממליץ לארגן אותו קצת יותר נעים למי שחלילה עלול להקלע לשהות של יותר מ-10 דקות בחלל הקטן שהוא מאפשר. 3. המרפסת האחורית שמובילה למקלט (יציאה מסלון הדירה) מאוד מוזנחת. ככל הנראה היא אינה נכללת בפירסום של מפרט הדירה אבל יש לה פוטנציאל אדיר. לתשומת ליבם של המארחים.😉
