Easy access through door code. Great location. Parking felt secure. Close to lots of awesome sight seeing.

Received the entry information later than check in time started. Bring your own towels, only one small towel available no extra anything in the space (no extra kleenex, TP, paper towel, dish soap). No kettle available.

The building is old (as expected from the area of old downtown), but the room's facilities are somewhat dated.

The host did not respond in a timely manner despite sending multiple follow-ups. They did not provide the exact address, even though we had already paid in advance and arrived on the property on the check-in day. We were worried, stressed out and frustrated. On the check-in day, Booking.com informed us that our accommodation was cancelled by the property and was told to find an alternative accommodation. Imagine how you would feel knowing you don't have any accommodation. While scrambling to find an alternative accommodation, to our surprise, we got an email from the property around 3:16 PM welcoming us to check in, with no apologies at all, as if nothing had happened. The property is very promising; the management just needs to improve their administrative procedures and proper upkeep of the rooms.
