Prepare meals with ease in the all-white, fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them together at the wooden dining table. Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with a high-quality mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a desk area for any work needs.

Your stay includes two private parking spots located at the back of the property. Please be aware that during the winter, these spots are not professionally snow-plowed, but we provide a shovel and salt for your use.

* Winter Stays: For snowfalls over 5 cm, snow removal is completed within 24 hours. We also provide a shovel and salt for your use at the parking spots.
Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

EXCELLENT stay!!! Very comfortable and clean. We took our three kids with us, and they enjoyed the space immensely. Parking is always available on the street. Restaurants are in walking distance. Great place to stay when visiting Montreal.

for the price this was a good place to stay for our first trip to Montreal for a little winter fun- it had a simple equipped kitchen and lots of room and comfy couch and a Big screan TV for a few evenings in on the coldest nights. The TV seems to have been set to go on every night around 3:45 am so turn the volume down before you go to bed so it doesn't freak you awake.

The location is tree lined, plenty of parking,peaceful and quiet. Lovely for walking. It felt quite safe. This property is so clean, I can’t stress that enough. It was immaculate.We only used 1 of the bedrooms but all 3 were nicely decorated.Our bed was new and the mattress was of good quality. The other two beds seemed new as well. There is a large, comfortable and attractive couch in the living area.There are plenty of lamps throughout the home to meet all your needs. The owner attached a very useful cosmetic mirror in bathroom.Future occupants should be prepared that inspite of the cleanliness , counters, cabinets ,floors are very worn/ aged.Tiles are missing or unevenly spaced on the floors creating gaps and most cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are peeling or cracked.The stairs up to house are extremely narrow & care must be taken especially if bringing luggage up.The kitchen was mostly adequate although offered very few kitchen utensils . It does have dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, coffee maker,electric kettle, silverware etc. It doesn’t have large bowls or spatulas, large knives so meal prep might be limited. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast & sandwiches at lunch. The property would benefit from a “ visitor guestbook” with instructions on how to operate the heaters, the air conditioner/ mini split as well as the television. Ideally the host could label the various remote control units to know how to use them.
