We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

We like to stay outside normal tourist locations, and this property was perfect for that. Quiet street, walking distance to the metro and to a great bakery/cafe. The kitchen cabinets are a little dated but the appliances were good, everything worked, and having three bedrooms was ideal for our family. Overall, a great place to stay.
