It is in a student housing complex with pots and pans that were all pitted up, filthy stove drip pans, dishwasher had moldy standing water and a police officer knocked on the door to serve an election. Refrigerator was not cooling but was replaced by maintenance after we begged for assistance as we had purchased a $150 worth of food on our way in. The full garbage dumpster is directly in front of unit. We picked a place where we could cook in and we were not able to. There were no kitchen cleaning items.
