Come check out our delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that is a quick drive to Williams-Brice Stadium, USC campus, Riverbanks Zoo, the State House, and downtown restaurants. You are also a short walk to some of the best dining in town like Savage Craft Ale Works, Black Rooster, and Cafe Strudel. Or, just stay home and cozy up on the couch to enjoy the 75 INCH TV. Our home is designed to make your stay in Columbia as stress-free as possible so you can have a fun and memorable trip. Our home includes:
- Private entrance with keyless lock so you can come & go as you please
- 4 bedrooms (2 King beds, 2 Queen beds)
- Cooling gel memory foam mattresses AND pillows with clean, white sheets
- 2 Full baths with walk-in showers
- 1 Full bath with tub/shower combo
- Tankless water heater for plenty of hot water
- Fast WiFi
- Charging stations for electronics throughout the house
- 75 inch Roku TV with access to your favorite streaming channels
- Central heat and air
- Full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, essential cookware and utensils

You will have complete access to the entire house except for an owner’s closet. Only you and your registered guests will have access to the space during your stay.
This is an entire home that is part of a duplex so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 8 guests).
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
And, for everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulating of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

This was a perfect hotel-like set up with a cozy home feel…could not have asked for better. It had all the basic necessities with comfortable beds, relaxing living room and lots of space. It also had a great back yard and furniture to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The best was that it was in the perfect area for my son’s graduation from Fort Jackson, getting food from the food store, and great cafes and restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again.

Communication was good. House was clean and in good order. We were in town for a family member's wedding. Most excited that we were within walking distance of Cafe Strudel. Would stay again.

Lovely property. Location excellent. Well cared for and apparently new. Nice patio area under cover with a fan. Attention to every possible want or need. Kitchen totally outfitted for a stay. A nice backyard and they even had clean up baggies for your dog. Could not have asked for better host or property.
