The location, that's all.
The place is advertised as 100m². It's about 17m² of private space, the rest is a communal area. There was no hot water the first evening and the aircon didn't cool the room. They fixed the geyser the following day, but didn't fix the aircon for 3 days while we were there and being promised it will be fixed every day. The room smelled of mould and was very humid.
