Casa de veraneo, grande, muy bien ubicada para su uso y bonita. Viajábamos con coche y, aunque no es su uso natural, la usamos como base para visitar Kyoto. Tiene conexión muy buena por autopista en 25 minutos, es tranquila y además permite pescar en el lago.

El menaje era mejorable en cantidad y calidad (los platos eran de plástico). La pared del salón no es completamente cerrada por uno de sus lados, lo que obliga a poner los dos aires acondicionados para calentarla y tarda un rato. En nuestro caso, al ser una casa pensada para más de 4 personas y estar cerradas muchas partes con candados, era menos acogedora de lo que podría ser.
