I stayed in two ryokans this trip, and this was such a wonderful experience!
I arrived late to check in, so no staff was on site (no problem) and was still able to check in very smoothly.
The room was a beautiful and spacious tatami room, the aircon was cold and the water heater was hot!
Located in a really quiet part of Kyoto and I will be coming back for sure.

Quiet, convenient location near subway and temples. Small but not cramped. All necessary amenities included - yukata, towel change, toiletries, fridge, MW. Wish we could have stayed longer, but no availability for the weekend.
