Superbe appartement type Ryokan, grand et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et néanmoins bien situé de Kyoto.

House is nice, and loved the little living room with tatami mats with a view of the small courtyard/garden, not to be enters only to admired.
Nice quiet residential area and nice and affordable eating places just at the end of the street.
And good locations, short bus ride of 30min+ walking distance to main attractions in Gion area.
The mattresses were extremely thin, I had a hard time sleeping comfortably.
We’ve slept on mattress on tatami floors in a different accommodation without any issues.
Wifi-was signal wasn’t working properly, even after they tried to fix it

Location close to various busstops and metro plus the house is pretty large.
Sleeping on the Tatami is perhaps for some a challenge as it is pretty firm.
