部屋や団らん室、洗面所、バスルームは非常に清潔で気持ち良く快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 ただ階段、玄関の床がはがした跡が醜く少し残念でした。

ホテルは清潔で問題ありませんでした。
4人で予約したのにBooking.comのシステムで2人にすり替わり、当日ホテルで2名追加として追加料金を徴収されました。 後日、試しに別日で予約してみましたが、やはり同じエラーで予約過程で4名→2名にすり替わりました。スクリーンショットを証拠として求められましたが、アプリは予約過程ではスクショ出来ないよう設定されています。他に同じような被害者はいないのでしょうか？もう2度と使いません。
