The apartment had basic necessities for a weekend stay including a laundry machine and dishwasher. The kitchen was fully equiped so that we could make our own meals. The rooms were clean and organized. Especially nice was the separate bedroom that can be closed off to reduce light and noise from the street. The elevator was an absolute necessity for the 5th floor apartment. The location was conveniently close to the beach.

The main door entry key was hard to get to fit to allow the lock to turn. Perhaps rekeying the key would make it easier. The elevator shaft right next to the bedroom is a bit noisy, but the elevator is not used that often. The outside bar seating below can get noisy if you're trying to sleep at a time earlier than local dinner hours.
