La ubicación y cercanía a la playa y al centro del pueblo
Que no tiene aire acondicionado ni ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos. Por lo que la experiencia ha sido muy positiva

L’appartamento è molto grande e luminoso, situato in centro ad Águilas e vicino a tutti i servizi per gli ospiti. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti, con detergenti per la cucina e gli indumenti. Il proprietario Eduardo sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. È stato eccezionale!

El piso, aunque antiguo,es amplio y está muy bien situado. El dueño se preocupo de conseguirnos algún ventilador adicional, además de los de techo.
Es literalmente una sauna, es cierto q hemos estado una semana de mucho calor, pero no tener aire acondicionado es un punto muy negativo, además a uno de los lados no hay nada edificado y da el sol todo el día, la pared está ardiendo. Tiene ventiladores de techo en 2 de las habitaciones pero son muy antiguos y no mueven apenas aire. Hemos sudado la gota gorda, literalmente, imposible descansar así.
