La ubicación y vistas , maravillosas
Necesita una buena reforma y actualización. Uno de los baños la bañera esta inutilizable y en el otro el plato de ducha está también para reforma y cambio. La ropa de cama vieja, necesita sustitución.

Perfecte locatie. Qua ligging t.o.v. strand en restaurants, supermarkten. Doordat het appartement op de 4e verdieping ligt, met balkon "aan de goede kant" kun je genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang.
Badkamer was zeer klein, de achterste badkamer rook - op bepaalde momenten - niet fris maar daar hebben al veel anderen opmerkingen over gemaakt, de bank in de woonkamer zat niet fijn, woning is een beetje verouderd.
