From the moment we arrived at Eco Arch Lodge, we felt the true warmth and beautiful soul of Sri Lankan hospitality. Our stay here was absolutely perfect, and we left with our hearts full of gratitude! The room is a hidden gem — a beautiful, secluded sanctuary attached to the main house, offering ultimate peace and privacy. Everything is brand new, modern, and kept in absolutely immaculate condition. The bed with its elegant canopy felt so luxurious, and the huge, spotless bathroom was fantastic. From the powerful fan to the kettle and thoughtful amenities, it is clear that every single detail was designed with immense love and care for the guests. The location is a dream for nature lovers. It is away from the noisy center of Ella, surrounded by tranquility. The famous Nine Arch Bridge is just a 10-minute walk down the stairs, and you can even see it from near the house! If you want to walk to the center, it takes about 30–35 lovely minutes, though the host kindly offered to arrange a tuk-tuk for us anytime. The breakfasts were an absolute masterpiece! Served beautifully on our private veranda, they were a highlight of our mornings. I asked for traditional Sri Lankan dishes, while my wife preferred a continental breakfast. Everything was incredibly fresh, of the highest quality, and accompanied by a gorgeous fruit platter and freshly squeezed juices. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host and his wonderful family. They are the kindest, most genuinely helpful people you could ever meet. When we needed to travel from Ella to Trincomalee, the host went completely out of his way to help us navigate the local buses and transfers. Thanks to his blessing and guidance, our journey with transfers was smooth and successful! He also perfectly organized our arrival and departure transfers. This friendly connection and closeness to nature left a lasting impression, and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Ayubowan!

I like the location of it and the cleanliness despite being remote inside the mountains kinda, the host went above and beyond for us, getting us a cake and roses for our birthday and anniversary celebration. Despite having road closure host went out the way to help us get to the main road. Renting of a bike was hassle free as host provided us with it. Everything and anything you need the host is there 24/7 to help you

Sie wurde gerade erst gebaut und es kommt sogar noch ein zweiter Stock / Appartement dazu. Es war nett, etwas ruhiger als in der stadt und man kann direkt den Zug über die 9-Arch Bridge sehen.

Es war ein bisschen feuchtes Raumklima, aber das liegt wohl auf an den klimatischen Verhältnissen
