"The location was very convenient. Close to the center but quiet enough to rest. The option to leave our luggage a bit longer on the day of our departure"

Buena ubicación.
Falta de aire acondicionado. La TV no funcionaba y a pesar de ser 4 personas solo teníamos 2 juegos de toallas.

It's all about location. Excellent for all the main attractions in Central Florence.
Waiting until 4pm while the cleaner only arrived after 3 to prepare the room. Boiler not working, so there was no hot water for Showers all of our visit. Shower needs a deep Clean. 1 Cup and no spoons. The place has potential to be a proper little Gem, but sadly lacking it at moment.
