I loved that there were pillow options and plenty of them. The blackout curtains were fantastic and let me sleep in a little longer in the morning. Roberto was very attentive and hospitable. He checked in to make sure everything was in working order via a quick text.

I really don't have anything much to add here.

the location and the quality of the bed. Roberto was also nice, easy to call, always available and try to find solution.

clearly, the noise from the upstairs neighbour ruined our stay in the appartement. Roberto asked us to try to be quiet during our stay. So, we are extremely quiet with no tv, no music, walking quietly, but the upstairs family was completely awful. No education at all. Lots of noise till midnight, get up at 5am with shouts, making lots of noise again getting down the stairs. We asked ourselves if this is done on purpose… because most of noise where made just in front of our door, even at 6am. finally we talked with Roberto before last night in the appartement and it was more quiet at last. strange experience.
