The main entrance leads on one side to the basement with the kitchen and bathroom, while on the other side it leads to the 3 bedrooms, the living room and the second bathroom. Mirka was welcoming and answered our questions promptly. Great location, within walking distance of all important landmarks. Apartment was very clean, with excellent linens and towels. Kitchen was well equipped.

Location was absolutely great, 1 block from river walk leading to the Ponte Vecchio and into the heart of Firenza. Big beds, very firm w many pillows. Only had an issue w WiFi, which doesn’t work outside of the downstairs kitchen area, which is the only room on that level. The two bedrooms upstairs in rear had no WiFi. Also had a hard time turning on the electric range, however, after contacting the host, we were able to resolve. Showers were fantastic, both up & down. Hot, hot water. I’d stay here again in a minute, however, I’d bring a booster for the WiFi.

This apartment was nothing special in terms of look and feel. There are no views, family areas or anything like that.
It was in an excellent area walking distance to the city and many museums and Basilicas. It’s right on the river as well.
I’d recommend staying here for the price if you like the convenience of location and the bargain of a basic room.
The owner was very nice and always in communication.

Rooms a little small, but beds and mechanicals great. Clean and nice. Layout is odd, and there is not enough seating in the upper area. We enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable and easy.
