This 17th-century town house with its striking, emblematic façade is located in the heart of the historic centre of the charming little town of Guingamp, with all shops and services within walking distance and a superb view over the Place du Centre, surrounded by middle-class homes several hundred years old.
Arranged over 4 floors, the house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 2 to 4 people.
After crossing the small private courtyard, you can climb up to the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor, with its lovely, unobstructed view over the main square in the historic heart of Guingamp.
The first bedroom, on the 2nd floor, also has a bathroom with toilet, a large 160cm bed and plenty of storage space.
The 2nd bedroom, on the 3rd floor, also sleeps 2 people in a 160cm double bed.
On the 4th floor, you'll find a room you can use for a yoga session or to work in peace and quiet on the desk provided.
Lots of authenticity and comfort, with quality bedding and household linen.
