The Maison Le Merzer is a completely restored house. It was created with comfort, equipment and cocooning (to be a bit like home, while being elsewhere).
The kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, MO, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker. As is the bathroom (80 x 120 shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, shelves and coat racks).
The rooms have quality beds (new quality mattresses and box springs) and furniture adapted to each of them to give them a different atmosphere.
As for the living room, it is very pleasant with its TV, its cd/radio system and its sofa in a more remote corner, the chaise longue for rest. An office area is also provided.
A cupboard contains many books (adults and children) and many games (adults and children) for winter evenings...
In summer, you will have a pretty terrace of 40 m2 laid out like a garden with synthetic lawn, plants and flowers for color! It is equipped with a large table and chairs, 2 armchairs and 2 deckchairs and their coffee tables, barbecue and parasol. The terrace is sunny from the beginning of the afternoon until sunset. Ideal for an aperitif or an evening meal.
The Merzer is very well located, 8 minutes from Guingamp, a pretty town "small town of character", 17 minutes from the first beaches of the Bay of St Brieuc, 20 minutes from the port of St Quay Portrieux... Ideally placed to discover the Côtes d'Armor
