About this cottage rental

Country cottage 30 minutes from the sea (bay of ST Brieuc) and 35 minutes from the Pink Granite coast (Perros Guirec, Paimpol, Trégastel.... the four lanes at 3 km (faster to get to the coast).
The cottage is in a quiet and green location with all amenities less than 4km away (the city of Guingamp).
The accommodations are adjoining our house but at its own entrance.
The small garden is landscaped, fenced, flowered with a small relaxation area.
You have garden furniture, armchairs, parasol and a barbecue.
The bedrooms are upstairs
Beds are made on arrival.
You have a bathroom upstairs as well as toilets.
Pets are allowed but only on the first floor for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
