About this house rental
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a kitchen/living room, - a living room, - a laundry/storage room (accessed via a small step) which leads to a toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: - a small bedroom facing the street with a single bed (90x200), - a bedroom facing the street with a double bed (140x190), - another bedroom facing the garden with a double bed (140x190), - a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, - a landing/mezzanine with reading material and games for children and adults. On the street/north side: large private paved parking space of approximately 30 m², the neighbor has a right of way next to it. Garden/South side: Beautiful 23 m² wooden terrace leading to the 2,500 m² unfenced park-style garden. East side: Along the extension, a small gravelled courtyard with a barbecue and deckchairs. West side: The cottage is adjacent to a year-round neighbor. What a treat when you push open the door of this white house in the village of Goudelin. You'll immediately realize the impressive size of the place, the beautifully designed decor, and what about the vast garden at the far end? And all of this is managed by Soizic herself! Looking back from the Goëlo coastline, you can easily reach the RN12 in about ten kilometers, allowing you to explore the rest of the department. In 15 kilometers, you'll reach the sea from the town of Plouha, renowned for its cliffs and beaches. In 12 kilometers, you'll reach Guingamp, labeled a Small Town of Character since 2018, while 10 kilometers away, Chatelaudren, also labeled, has been open to discovery since 1984. In the village of Goudelin, this super spacious and very comfortable gîte sleeps 5. The rear wing overlooking the wooded park is a surprise!
