About this house rental

One of the prettiest corners of Brittany! This hamlet 2.5 km from the center of Plouha is located on the edge of magnificent hiking trails. Give up your car! The sea can be reached on foot by one of these paths in less than ten minutes.
The house, a typical and renovated farmhouse, accommodates up to six people. On the ground floor: a large living room with a wood stove, a large fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a laundry room. A winter garden allows meals to be taken "outside and inside" when the weather is uncertain. Upstairs, three bedrooms: 1 duo bedroom with 1.6 m bed; 1 solo room with 1 single bed; 1 trio bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 baby bed.
Facing due south with direct access to a huge 25-acre garden with a small vegetable garden of aromatic herbs.
Bikes are available on request. Enough to explore a region full of charm!
Nearby activities: hiking, beach, sailing, horse riding, golf, tennis…

- Bonaparte beach. Beach classified today as "High place of French resistance". It was from here that, between January and August 1944, 135 American and Canadian airmen and secret agents were sent without the Nazi occupier's knowledge to be repatriated to England.
- Gwin Zegal. Fishing boats with a low draft come to moor at this unique little beaching port. Piles are trees planted in the sand.
- The chapel of Kermaria an Iskuit (13th century)
- The GR34. Created in 1791 to combat smuggling, the "customs officers' path" aligns 2000 km of coastline.

Trotz kurzfristige Anfrage schnelle und gute Kommunikation. Das richtige Objekt für Ruhe und Entspannung. Vollständige Ausstattung, auch für Selbstverpfleger. Ideal bei warmen und mittleren Temperaturen, ansonsten muss geheizt werden, Kamin oder Elektroheizung. Nicht perfekt in der Übergangszeit für Menschen, die schnell frieren. Wir denken, wir kommen wieder, wenn es wärmer wird, freue mich schon jetzt auf das draußen sitzen und den Uhus bzw. Eulen zu lauschen.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison tout confort à une quinzaine de minutes de la mer à pied dans un petit hameau charmant bordé d'hortensias et bercé par le calme. Grand jardin agréable pour la lecture, les repas, les jeux des enfants. Poêle dans la pièce à vivre appréciable en soirée. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir à pieds le GR34 (sentier des douanier) et ses larges paysages. Hôte attentionné. Nous reviendrions avec enthousiasme.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est confortable et parfaitement équipée. Malgré la météo aléatoire, nous avons pu faire de nombreuses balades dans cette magnifique région et terminer les soirées au coin du feu avec un peu de musique, c'était parfait ! Pascale est une hôte très réactive et la personne qui nous a accueillis est également très agréable et sympathique.

Wir haben uns runderum wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe und Entspannung die wir hier gefunden haben waren einmalig. Super dass das Haus auch einen Wintergarten hat. Vielleicht ergibt es sich mal wieder hier ein paar Urlaubstage zu verbringen.

Wir haben uns in diesem schön eingerichtetem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten ist immer ein sonniges Plätzchen zu finden(wenn die Sonne scheint) ansonsten bietet sich der schöne Wintergarten zum Essen und Lesen an. Der Weg zum Meer ist in 15 Minuten (zurück etwas länger) gut zu schaffen und der Strand "gwin zegal" wurde unser Liebster in der Umgebung, Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig ,da die Lage doch etwas abseits der Ortschaft ist.

Das Haus ist ein bretonischer Traum, von seinen Besitzern sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet, sauber und ausgesprochen komfortabel. Das Meer mit seinen wunderschönen Stränden keine 15min zu Fuß entfernt, in die Ortsmitte von Plouha kann man ebenfalls einen bequemen Spaziergang machen. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin kann problemlos in Englisch stattfinden, ein transparenter Mietvertrag regelt alles Notwendige und Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit und Absprache berücksichtigt. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft und seine Lage ausgesprochen familienfreundlich und erstklassig - jederzeit empfehlenswert und nur mit guten Erinnerungen verbunden. The house is a Breton dream, by its owners very lovingly and personally decorated, clean and extremely comfortable. The sea with its beautiful beaches is less than 15min away (walking distance), the town center of Plouha can also be reached by a comfortable walk. The communication with the landlady can taken place easily in English, a transparent lease agreement regulates everything necessary, and wishes are considered as much as possible. All in all the accommodation and its location is very family friendly and a first class place to spend the best time of the year. Highly recommended and with good memories only.

Gite loué en octobre 2014 avec une météo superbe. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un couple d'amis et nous avons apprécié l'extrême calme de cette maison. De belle ballades par de petits sentiers formant de magnifiques souvenir Propriétaire très sympathique. j'y retourne....

Un excellent séjour en famille !

Les photos qui illustrent cette location sont loin d'être usurpées. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout a été parfait. La (superbe) plage est à 15 mn à pied, le jardin est immense, la véranda chaude et agréable et, pour les soirées fraîches, le poêle à bois extrêmement efficace et facile à allumer. Ce n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce, mais au fond du jardin se trouve un ancien lavoir au bord d'un ruisseau, qui fera le bonheur des petits aventuriers. Enfin, la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute. Nous y retournerons !
