About this house rental
Accommodation of 100 m2 on the ground. On the first floor there is a lounge area and a fitted kitchen, with a large farmhouse table where 12 guests can sit. There is also a toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs, three large bedrooms, with six beds. With toilet and large bathroom equipped with a shower.
We ask for an additional 10€ fee for pets.
A 16 A socket for your electric car is available for 0.35c of the KW/H
We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and yachting port.
Ideally placed to visit more than 100 kilometres of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited with a minimum of driving, i.e. an average of 30 minutes.

Great house for us to meet up as a family and enjoy some time together.
Valérie, the host, was very helpful and welcoming.
The house was well laid out with lots of utensils, crockery/ glasses and pans. There was a working washing machine and dishwasher.
Although not shown in the publicity, there were two toilets - one upstairs and the other downstairs which was very helpful.
The beds were all very comfortable - a double, kingsize and 2 singles.
There was a fridge in kitchen as well as a good sized fridge freezer.
It is close to the village which has a small supermarket selling bread, pastries and other essential items.
It is an old property with thick stone walls and is adjoining the owner’s property.
Lots of parking space for cars.
