NID D'ÉTOILES (105 m² and a beautiful terrace): 2 double bedrooms, 3 single beds on the mezzanine, a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Private entrance and parking on site. Duvets, pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors are provided. Toilet paper, tools and cleaning products are also provided. THE ACCOMMODATION Located in the commune of St Géry, near St Cirq Lapopie, the 5000 m² property has a shared swimming pool with shelters and heat pump, gardens and a playground. The cottage also has 2 satellite TVs (ASTRA) and WIFI (ORANGE fiber). The kitchen is well equipped and the living room or terrace are spacious and facilitate conviviality for meals. You have an iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Central heating and a fan in each bedroom. Parking on site. Highlights: • Covered swimming pool with heat pump and treated water all year round. If the weather is mild, it can be used. • The terraces offer beautiful views of the valley and fields. • Deer, rabbits, pheasants, and other animals can often be seen in the fields. • The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
