A garden table and a few lounge chairs—and there you have the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding tranquility, a good book, or an al fresco meal in the shade of an old stone wall. Located near the must-see sites of the Lot region (Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, the Pech Merle caves…), this village house is the perfect starting point for your hikes, cultural excursions, or culinary adventures. The cottage is on two levels: Entrance on the first floor (parking available in front of the house), a living room with dining area. Kitchen opening onto a covered terrace and the garden. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed; another with a 140 bed; one with two 80x190 beds (access to a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony terrace), and a separate bathroom with a toilet (semi-macro-toilet).
