Located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Park, and black triangle (ideal for stargazing) near the main attractions of the Lot department, this small house Quercy welcomes you for a relaxing holiday, offers charm and authenticity in the countryside, in a natural and protected environment in the middle of a preserved heritage.
The cottage is made on two levels - for one person - for a couple - a family with 2 children - 4 persons.
On the ground floor a large living room includes the dining room, living room with fireplace carved stone, a modern fully equipped and functional, large bathroom with sink and was housed the washing machine.
Upstairs two bedrooms highlighted by a traditional exposed frame - yellow room with 140 bed - orange room with two beds 90 - closets in the hallway - a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower - two piece of ice cream washbasins - cupboard - a separate toilet.
Detached house - large fenced garden - private parking shaded -
On arrival, the beds are made; sheets, towels, tea towels are provided free of charge.

Rent from April 1st to June 30th 2019 - 390 €
Rent of the months of July and August 2019: 480 € the week.
rental of the months of September / October 2019 / week holidays of Toussaint: 390 € the week.
If renting for adults plus a weekly fee of 40 €
Participation will be requested for firewood April / May / June / September / October / if necessary.
The rental conditions are provided for in the rental agreement:
20% deposit upon booking, the balance on the day of arrival.
A deposit check of 450 € is required; it is not cashed and will be returned the day of departure (except damages).
A receipt - receipt is issued for rental.
If the cleaning has not been done: an amount of 90 € will be requested.

We had a wonderful week in Caniac du Causse. We had a very warm welcome and the gite is immacualate. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The view from the huge garden down to the village church and the sound of the bells in the distance are things we shall never forget. Madame Griffel is very generous and left us several homemade drinks to try. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Accueil charmant et efficace de la propriétaire. Le gîte est très bien équipé, bien agencé et confortable. Situé sur une hauteur, il offre une superbe vue, sur le village et les collines. Point de départ idéal pour les nombreuses randonnées et excursions dans le parc du Quercy et ses environs. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
Une destination que nous conseillons, sans aucun doute.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour familial. Bien placé au centre du département. En pleine campagne comme on aime. Le gîte était très bien équipé, les propriétaires nous ont offerts des petites attentions tres appréciables. A recommander

Nous sommes venus pour un deuxieme sejour , la maison toujours aussi accueillante ainsi que Mr et Mme GRIFFEL . Région reposante et douce , beaucoup de visites, des randonnées au cœur des murets de pierre sèches témoignages d'un patrimoine extraordinaire. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une location toujours aussi accueillante. Et sommes près à y retourner, le soir le ciel du causse est une constellation d'étoiles lumineuses. C'est magnifique. Au milieu du lot on peut rayonner vers les sites incontournables il y a tant de choses à découvrir. Le soir après une journée riché en découverte qu'il est agréable de se retrouver en pleine nature un vrai havre de paix. Merci MretMme GRIFFEL et à bientôt. Mr et Mme Tourneur Yves
