The village is located on the banks of the river Célé and is dominated by imposing limestone cliffs, sculpted by the river over millennia. The square tower of the Benedictine Abbey of Saint Pierre century dominates the village and there are also the majestic ruins of a Roman church from the fifth century. The pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela passes through the village, and the hikes in the area are spectacular. In addition to hikes on the doorstep, you'll find kayak rentals 300 yards from the house. You can swim in the river and fish.
