PEACE AND BELVEDERE ARE LUXURY The Punta della Guardia estate is unique on the Costa Verde, with an exceptional location. Close to the historic village of Cervione, facing the Tyrrhenian islands, it is just as exceptional for its well-kept surroundings, around which the choice positioning of the six generously-spaced residences has made it a popular holiday destination for over 40 years. The family-run estate has beautiful homes equipped with every comfort and free Wi-Fi. This site is a perfect alternative for sharing a holiday with family or friends, to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. You have the option of renting detached houses for moments of appreciable silence. You can also relax and laze about on the shady terraces or in the spacious, bright and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Nearby, the lively hamlet of Prunete has a bakery, butchers, chemist, supermarket and several bars and restaurants, as well as access to the beach. All this is just 1.5 km from your rental property. The house "l'Alivi" is situated at the top of a green hill facing a field of olive trees and their silver branches. It has a superb sea view. It is composed of three rooms in attractive colours: A superior bedroom, equipped with a 160*190 bed, bedside tables, a cupboard and a private shower room/WC. A French window opens onto the garden with views of the countryside and sea.
