About this farm stay rental

Leinacherhof

The farm is situated in a quiet location at the gateway to the Oberaargau. The newly renovated 3 1/2 room holiday flat is on the 1st floor of the farmhouse. Large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 toddler bed (suitable for children up to approx. 2 years) and an extra bed only for children up to approx. 12 years (+ Fr. 10.00 per night), children's room with two single beds. Important note: the holiday flat can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children due to the bed layout! Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartments, oven and hob, living room with dining table, sofa and TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. WLAN is available free of charge. The seating area belonging to the flat was newly built in spring 2024 and is located right next to the children's playground. For the children there is a trampoline, a slide and several children's swings. Of course, you are also welcome to use our new pool. From the seating area you can enjoy a wonderful view towards the Jura and watch our Angus cattle grazing. The Burgäschi lake with its nature reserve is only a 20-minute walk away and is ideal for swimming and rowing. Our beautiful, idyllic landscape with forests and hills is ideal for walking, hiking, skating, jogging, cycling and walking. Horse riding is also available in the surrounding area. Offer on the farm: We offer the following opportunities to help out on our farm: - Feeding the cows, from the age of 4 (cows are out on the pasture a lot from spring to autumn) - Our farm shop with a wide range of products is right on our doorstep. We offer the following for children: - Toys - Playground on the farm and nearby - 1 baby cot (included) Our animals: We keep Angus cattle and pigs on our farm. Our tomcat Leo likes to be stroked. Other sports and leisure activities: Our beautiful surroundings are ideal for jogging, walking, strolling, skating, swimming and horse riding. Excursion possibilities: Our surroundings have many beautiful spots. For example, the Mutzbachgraben with its waterfall, the erratic boulders on the neighbouring Steinhof, the Burgäschi lake with its nature reserve, many Brätli spots, beautiful walking and hiking trails and much more. You can also reach many other excursion destinations by car or public transport within a radius of around 30 km. You can find many excursion options on the homepage of my Oberaargau and the municipality of Seeberg. Other living room equipment (living room 1): The living room has an extendable dining table with 6 chairs (high chair is available), a couch and a TV with cable TV. Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom1): The bedroom is very spacious. Other kitchen equipment (kitchen1): Induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules), small bar table for 2 persons Sports facilities in the area: fishing, ice skating, mountain biking, cycling tours, riding arena / riding facilities, rowing, sports centre, tennis Village description: Seeberg is a pretty little village in Oberaargau characterised by agriculture and belongs to the municipality of the same name with a total of around 1500 inhabitants. Our guests appreciate the peace and quiet and the beautiful landscape with fields, hills and forests and Lake Burgäschi. In our farm shop, newly built in 2022, you will find many different products from our farm. In the village (in the immediate vicinity of our farm) the Landi runs a Volg grocery shop, where you will find a wide range of groceries. In Herzogenbuchsee, 7 km away, you will also find various shops in addition to Coop and Migros.
