Union Apartments Bern-Belp

We had a great stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was excellent, and responses were always very fast. The location was convenient for us, as we planned to visit Interlaken, Bern, Thun, and Spiez. The town itself is pleasant and worth exploring. There are two supermarkets within a three-minute drive, along with several shops, restaurants, EV charging stations, and other useful amenities nearby. The self check-in process was simple and hassle-free, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Considering Swiss prices and the location, the apartment offered good value for money. The kitchen was equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of a box of coffee upon arrival. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Kann ich nichts benennen

De toegangsweg/pad had schoner gekund. Er hing een camera die ons 24/7 in de gaten hield waar wij geen toestemming voor hebben gegeven en was niet gemeld.

Die Lage der Apartments ist gut, zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße ,aber kaum Lärmbelästigung. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein Aldi. Zur Stadtmitte kleiner Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten

1. Es gab keinen Schrank, nur eine Kommode, Hemden oder Blusen aufhängen war nicht möglich.. 2. Der Abfluss beim Waschbecken ist nicht in Ordnung, läuft nicht richtig ab. 3. Es fehlte ein 2. Nachttisch, haben uns mit einem Stuhl aus der Küche beholfen. 4. ganz schlecht!!: der Fernseher ist nur über das Smartphone steuerbar und alles nur in Englisch. Hatte dort angerufen, aber der Mitarbeiter konnte uns nicht helfen, wußte auch kein Bescheid Wir waren zwar immer nur gegen Abend im Apartment, hätten dann gerne mal die Nachrichten geschaut
