Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space a stone's throw from the central square of the village of Rio nell'Elba. The village is delightful with its narrow streets and perched houses that make it look like a nativity scene. From above, it dominates the sea. A short distance away (about two km) is the port of Rio Marina. It is close to the beaches of Nisporto, Nisportino and Cavo, as well as Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. Leaving the village, take the Volterraio road that descends amidst breathtaking views to Portoferraio The flat is located a few metres from the central square and consists of a large, comfortable open space finely furnished with an open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, hallway, windowed bathroom with shower and bidet, wooden loft accessed by a ladder with beds, outdoor area. The floor is terracotta (except for the bathroom, which is ceramic), the ceiling is typical of Elba houses, with wooden beams and terracotta bricks. There is air conditioning and heat pump, satellite TV, wi-fi, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, induction hob, crockery and kitchen utensils. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a fireplace. The bedroom is lofted and is accessed via a wooden ladder. In the loft, there are two single beds with a width of 0.90 x 200 cm. The beds, if desired, can be joined and converted into a double bed. Guests are guaranteed a courtesy kit and linen for both the bathroom and the kitchen and towels are included in the price.
