Living my Italian dream

The house is extremely beautiful! It is an old villa with a modern twist, straight from your Italian Dream. The owner Gabriella is the sweetest lady, she’s very helpful and charming. The accommodation is located in the moddle of the old town of Rio nell Elba, so it’s impossible not to blend in with the locals. Even though it is so close to the center, the street is quiet with a breathtaking view. There are a lot of beaches 15-25 mins away by car, but beware of the narrow roads!

Lovely stay

Charming location, equipped with every you need. Very nice garden and some sea view. The apartment is 1 min to the village centre with a nice bar & restaurant.

Nothing striking really. The house got a bit humid in the night but the air condition fixes that.

Karakteristieke woning met een persoonlijke touch en een fantastische host!

De locatie is prachtig ingericht met een zeer persoonlijke touch. De ligging is ook mooi. Aan de rand van het dorpje Rio Nell' Elba. Tientallen meters van het gezellige dorpsplein met een koffie/aperitief bar, bakkerijtje en een aantal restaurants. Parkeren is ook geen enkel probleem en op loopafstand van de accommodatie. Gabriella is een host die je met vanalles kan en wil helpen en is altijd bereikbaar voor tips! Zij heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons een geweldige tijd te laten hebben. Bedankt!

Ein Ort für Geniesser

Ich kann alle vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Von der Gastfreundschaft über die Lage, Sauberkeit und der Einrichtung war alle top. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Lage von Rio sehr geschätzt. So viele tolle Orte und Strände sind zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch eine Buslinie bedient Rio nell Elba. Eine der schönsten Wanderungen (nach Porto Azzurro in knapp 3 Stunden) startet quasi vor der Haustüre. Auch ist Gabriella, als sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, für alle Fragen und Tipps in einer diskreten Weise sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Casa del Charme, die den Namen verdient, bestens empfehlen.

Da kommt mir nichts in den Sinn.
