The absolute dream location in the first line of the lake allows direct lake access in the private garden and unique panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and royal castles. The flat, furnished with plenty of alpine flair, has 74m2 of living space and is located in the basement of the holiday home. Due to its hillside location, it offers direct access to the spacious private garden and a beautiful south-facing sun terrace. A bench, deckchairs and parasol are available here for relaxing. The flat has a large bedroom with a double bed and Swiss stone pine furniture for a healthy and restful night's sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed, so that a total of three people can stay overnight. A bathroom with wellness shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet are available for all guests. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle and has a seating area. In the beautiful living room there is a cosy couch in front of the LED satellite TV. The large glass front in front of the terrace allows plenty of light into the room and opens up a wonderful view of the lake just 20 metres away and the mountain panorama beyond. The area around the holiday chalet offers privacy, closeness to nature and plenty of space to relax. After a beautiful day outdoors, the wellness area with panoramic sauna and infrared cabin in the neighbouring house ensures perfect relaxation (registration and payment required on site). A daytime café and two restaurants in the village are within easy walking distance.
