High-quality, comfortable, clean, quiet apartment for families

The apartment is clean and quiet. Its building is recent and of high quality. It is spacious, well built and equiped with fine furniture. It is secured and accessible: it has free parking places and a charging station for electric cars. It is ideally located: Schwangau’s restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, lake and thermal bath are at walking distance. When walking around we have a splendid view of the mountains and the famous castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. We can’t bear nearer to the Königliche Kristall-Therme: on the other side of the apartment’s backyard fence is the parking lot of the thermal bath center! The apartment has a covered terrace and a lawn.

We wish it had a microwave.

Loved our stay here

We stayed 4 nights and loved this apartment. The location was excellent, right at the entrance of the town and waking distance to the info centre and restaurants, as well as the thermal baths and bike paths. You have views of the castle from the balcony. It was nice and roomy, very clean and well stocked. Great to have a washing machine and drier in the building. Free parking right outside the building. Easy communication with the host.

Nothing really, it was great. Oh, except the pillows - we found throughout Germany the pillows are far too soft compared to what we are used to.

The apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was very well equipped. Very close to all attractions but still in a quiet environment. The kids were happy with the Nintendo :)

Perfect stay in a great location

The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly: very spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. A bit more tableware would’ve been handy, but everything else was spot on. Great location too: close to Füssen, right by the royal castles, and at the foot of the Alps. We stayed five nights with our two kids, who loved it just as much as we did. So much to do in the area – we honestly ran out of time! The host was also easily reachable by phone, which made everything even smoother.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful and Peaceful Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this superb apartment, which is very well located in a quiet area. The apartment is modern, extremely clean, and well maintained. The living space is spacious and perfectly suited for six people. Everything we needed was available, and the layout of the furniture is very well thought out. It was a very pleasant stay — we absolutely loved it, and the kids were thrilled as well. We also really appreciated the parking spaces and the option to charge an electric vehicle at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is brand new with alll the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for our family, quiet, next to a walking path, Thermal Spa as well as sports playground. We had an amazing stay and will come back again in the future.

Only the best memories

It is a brand-new modern apartment with cozy furniture and high-quality appliances. Everything was absolutely new, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. We loved the amazing bathroom and 2 balconies. We were traveling by car and for us, the location was perfect enough to visit castles and walk a bit. Kids were happy to find some board games and Nintendo. Thank you for such a pleasant place to stay!

Weihnachten be den Kaiserschlössern

Das Appartment ist sehr hochwertig aus- und eingerichtet und sehr neu und war picobello sauber. Der Wohn / Essbereich ist sehr groß, ebenso wie das Bad. Sehr schön ist der Pelletskamin, der für eine heimelige Atmosphäre sorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Quartier mit Pelletofen - 10 von 10.

Das Quartier ist super eingerichtet, war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Vom Pelletofen waren wir begeistert, einfach kein Dreck oder Qualm und unkompliziert zu nutzen. Auch die Nintendo classic Spielekonsole war eine super Überraschung. Die Lage ist toll um Wanderungen zu starten, man sieht direkt Schloss Neuschwanstein vom Balkon aus. Die Therme ist gleich nebenan und man bekommt dort einen kleinen Rabatt (einfach fragen). Der Checkin über einen Türcode ist sehr praktisch. Betten sind bequem, die Wohnung hat für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz.

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Zu Fuß konnte man zur Kristall Therme laufen um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , an alles wurde gedacht. Top👍 Für Fahrradfahrer ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden. Der Check- in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Code kam per Mail. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Gegend

Die komplette Unterkunft war traumhaft schön. Wir waren als Freundesgruppe zu viert mit einem Kleinkind dort und waren von dem Appartement das wir im Obergeschoss beziehen durften sehr beeindruckt. Super geräumig, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und super entspannt zum ankommen. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Im Urlaub wie zu Hause fühlen.....

Großzügiges App, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 2 Balkone/ Terrassen, Ausblick auf die Königsschlösser, der Pelletofen, beide Schlafzimmer mit jeweils sehr guten Doppelbetten, tolles Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, 2. sep. WC, unkomplizierte Kommunikation bzgl. Check in/out, auch bei zwischenzeitlichen Fragen, Rundherum Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir kommen wieder😍.

Ein Tageslichtbad, also mit Fenster, ist mega. Doch wenn man es verdunkeln "muss", da die Gäste der Wohnungen des Nebenhauses "vollen Einblick haben", ist das schade. Ein "Milchglassichtschutz" könnte vielleicht abhelfen.....
