The flat is designed as a stylish loft apartment in a listed building dating from around 1890. The modern interior accentuates the natural stone interior walls. The flat has a garden with outdoor terraces and barbecue as well as 2 car parking spaces.
Firewood can be purchased from the neighbour.

Kitchen open to the living/dining area with electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine (Expressi, please only use coffee capsules from Expressi. Available in Imgenbroich at Aldi), toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. Living-dining area: dining table for 4 persons, couch, armchair, fireplace.
1ST FLOOR
Television area with satellite TV and DVD player, guest WC, one bedroom with double bed and walking table, wardrobe.
2ND FLOOR
One bedroom with double bed, bathroom en suite with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, WC. Sauna for 3 persons. Bathroom and sauna are only accessible via the upper bedroom.
Sports facilities: Fly-fishing in the Rur (3-4 km stretch), distance from the house approx. 10-15 m, day tickets available from the Oebel bakery in Monschau (on the market square). -Season 16 March to 20 October, fly-only route. Cross-country skiing in Monschau-Rohren, groomed cross-country ski trails. Kayak white-water descents possible from November to March, depending on the water level of the Rur.
Please hand over the deposit with your bank details to our housekeeper on arrival. The money will be refunded to you by bank transfer a few days after your departure.
