The Villa, recently renovated over a rural preexistent house, is a single-floor easily accessible building, flooded with light weaving through the airy outdoor patio. The property renovation ended in May 2019 and has been made tastefully and to a very high and modern standard. The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with large double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). You can enjoy your al fresco breakfasts and diners in the large patio, in the shaded yard, around the pool in the garden. Free wine-tasting could be easily arranged with one of the best Primitivo wine winery. The nearest beaches are a 8-minute drive away, while Manduria city center and its shopping and restaurant area is just 4-minute.
