La location è magnifica, i giardini della masseria sono incantevoli. La vigna è una distesa molto ampia e la masseria è immersa nel verde e nella pace. Camere spaziose e pulite. Il ristorante è ottimo, location elegante e cibo/servizio perfetto, con camerieri disponibili e sempre gentili.

La prima impressione in masseria non è stata ottima: appena arrivati ci siamo recati in reception, aspettandoci che qualcuno ci accogliesse, ci mostrasse la masseria, dove sta il ristorante, dove si fa colazione etc. In realtà, è successo tutto il contrario. La giovane receptionist ci ha portato direttamente alla stanza, senza farci sentire minimamente accolti. Mi sento di dire che questa è più o meno l’esperienza riassuntiva dei 4 giorni in masseria. Il posto è incantevole, ma il servizio è inadeguato. Sempre il primo giorno mi sono recata di nuovo in reception per chiedere degli accappatoi più grandi e shampoo e balsamo per la doccia. Mi è stato detto che non sono provvisti di accappatoio ma solo asciugamani (troppo piccoli per asciugare tutto il corpo) e che per motivi ecologici non offrono shampoo e balsamo ma solo un sapone che è per viso, mani, capelli e corpo (4 in 1). Inoltre, la mattina la colazione era servita all’interno e vi erano davvero pochi camerieri presenti: i clienti dovevano alzarsi per andare a chiedere un caffè, perche nessun cameriere veniva a servirci al tavolo. Le receptionists con cui ci siamo confrontati non ci hanno saputo aiutare con problemi tecnici basilari (aria condizionata e le luci del terrazzo non funzionavano), e in sintesi non ci siamo mai sentiti totalmente accolti. Servizio da migliorare, perché tutto il resto merita.

The biggest opportunity for this property is to invest in staff training and stronger day-to-day management. Our check-in was somewhat confusing, as the description of our room was misleading. We also flagged a broken curtain in our room, which we were told would be fixed the following day. We had no issue with this, but unfortunately, when it became clear that it couldn’t be repaired as planned, no one proactively updated us and I had to follow up myself. The lake is a great feature and has a lot of potential, but the infrastructure around it currently looks somewhat unkempt. After a heavy rain, the sunbed mattresses were left outside, and there were empty wine glasses around the pool that remained there throughout our stay without being cleared. Overall, this is a property with beautiful surroundings and a lot of potential. With some investment in staff training, attention to detail and better day-to-day management, it could be a truly exceptional place.
