Masseria Cuturi

We stayed in one of the suites with a pool, which i think is probably the best way to fully enjoy your stay, as theres not much to do if you stay in one of the rooms without a pool. There is the natural pool but the surroundings are not well kept and the sun beds are just left to rot. The breakfast was good but the same every day.

The lack of options for breakfast and there is nothing for lunch aside from cold meats and cheeses.

The hotel has clearly been invested in to be a 5* hotel imitating other masseria. However, I found it so frustrating as it would be a great hotel but I just let down by the services. The rooms are very nice and the property itself is very nice and for the price I would stay there again as I liked the location between the beach and cities. The view at breakfast is great.

Sometimes it felt like the staff didn’t even know I was staying there. When I turned up for breakfast it was like it was a surprise and it all felt very impersonal, no questions about how my stay was, wether I wanted a wine tour, or what the local area was like. The breakfast was ok, but again if you wanted eggs or a hot drink you had to ask, there was no offer, even after the 3rd day of having the same thing. The staff were nice and not rude but just very impersonal. If they could change this then the hotel has great potential but unfortunately until then it’s just ok.

Wunderschöne Anlage in wunderbaren Gegend mit sehr schönem Schwimmteich. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich und das Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Keine Schattenplätze auf dem Parkplatz.
